I am most familiar with the APA and Harvard requirements of referencing, but other styles and genres of academic writing don’t put me off.

Turnaround time is usually quick, although it is recommended that writers submit their work for editing as far in advance as possible.

Every text is different, and this only serves as a guide of what a prospective student can expect to pay. I usually look at a sample (5 randomly selected pages) of the written work before sending a final quote.

My rates are guided by surveys done by the Southern African Freelancers’ Association (SAFREA), the Alliance for Language and Media Practitioners (LAMP) and the Professional Editors’ Guild (PEG).

Please contact me a few weeks before you require editing, so that when the time for editing comes, I will be able to commit to it fully and complete your work quickly. Before I start editing, I require a 40 to 50 percent deposit. The final charge will be determined by the total word count and length of your thesis.
